Nonprofit Datafolk Club: Adopting new data tools

In this Nonprofit Datafolk Club workshop we’ll be discussing what it takes to successfully implement a new data tool. This could be anything from a new database/CRM or financial system to a survey tool or cloud data storage software.
Participants will be invited to discuss the following questions in small groups:

How do you know when it’s time to adopt a new tool?

How can you make sure that everyone in your organisation is on board and ready to use your new tool?

How can you ensure a smooth transition and/or migration of data from your existing tools?
Please note that our Nonprofit Datafolk Club events are a workshop environment, where people are expected to be on camera and actively participate.
